NetSmartz is NCMEC's online safety education program. It provides age-appropriate videos and activities to help teach children be safer online with the goal of helping children to become more aware of potential online risks and empowering them to help prevent victimization by making safer choices on- and offline.
A nationwide network of more than 360 therapists, counselors and other professionals who are dedicated to serving victims, survivors and families by providing mental health services to those in need.
OVC administers the Crime Victims Fund (the Fund), which is financed by fines and penalties from convictions in federal cases, not from tax dollars. OVC channels funding for victim compensation and assistance throughout the United States, raises awareness about victims’ issues, promotes compliance with victims’ rights laws, and provides training and technical assistance and publications and products to victim assistance professionals.
